Dutch thrashers
LEGION OF THE DAMNED have set
"Cult of the Dead" as the title of their new album, tentatively due in early 2009. Songtitles set to appear on the CD include
"Solar Overlord",
"Fire Angel",
"Pray and Suffer" and
"Cult of the Dead". "Expect
LEGION OF THE DAMNED at its best and with songs that hit you right in the face even before you have heard more than two songs," the group previously stated.
"Feel the Blade", a reissue of
LEGION OF THE DAMNED's
"Elegy for the Weak" CD (originally released under the band's previous moniker
OCCULT), entered the German Media Control chart at position No. 70. Released on January 4, 2008 via
Massacre Records, the new version of the LP contains two new songs that didn't appear on the original
"Elegy for the Weak" album, a new cover and a bonus DVD.
