WARRANT: Footage Of Nashville Concert Available On YouTube - May 20, 2008
Fan-filmed video footage of WARRANT's first concert in 14 years with the band's classic lineup, which took place this past Saturday (May 17) at the Wildhorse in Nashville, can be viewed below (courtesy of Jennifer of 80's Hairband World).

The group's setlist was as follows:

01. Down Boys
02. DRFSR
03. All My Bridges Are Burning
04. Sure Feels Good To Me
05. 32 Pennies
06. Heaven
07. Bed Of Roses
08. Hole In My Wall
09. Mr Rainmaker
10. I Saw Red
11. Song & Dance Man
12. Machine Gun
13. Uncle Tom's Cabin
14. Big Talk
15. Cherry Pie

Regarding how it feels performing with singer Jani Lane once again, drummer Steven Sweet recently told the Artisan News Service, "It's freaking bizarre." Guitarist Joey Allen added, "It's like a time warp." Sweet continued, "It brings back a lot of memories obviously. Joey and I have been back in the band for the last three years without Jani, so it's like a new old thing again."

Asked if the band has plans of getting back into the studio together to write new material, Sweet said, "Not immediately, but we're already working on new ideas and probably by the end of the year, once things slow down with travel, that we'll get back in and start putting some things down."

Watch video footage of Joey Allen and Steven Sweet talking about the reunion with Jani Lane at the Artisan News Service.

WARRANT will hit the road this summer with CINDERELLA and LYNCH MOB. They will also appear at the Rocklahoma festival on July 12 at the Catch The Fever Festival Grounds, four miles north of Pryor, Oklahoma.

I don't think the world really needed / wanted a Warrant reunion. I would be lying if I said I didn't have few of their cds in my collection, but I think most of these 80s bands are better off moving on. Just look at the most recent releases from Poison, Dokken, White Lion and to a lesser extent Whitesnake. Im a big fan of 80s hard rock / metal, and just hate seeing these bands make a joke out of themselves. Just look at L.A. Guns...I mean two differant bands playing the same songs...come on.

I HAVE A FRIEND WHO TOLD ME ONCE, "LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THAT FAT BROAD,., BET SHE SMELLS FUNKY'.

I WAS LIKE,.,. WHY,., WOULD YOU HAVE ME LOOK AT A FAT CHICK?

THIS IS THE SAME TYPE OF THING,.,. RIGHT?

I don't think they are making a joke out of themselves. I think they are bringing back good fun rock for people to party their ass off and they're making a few bucks for doing it too. Good on them. You can't tell me that if you were put in that same position you wouldn't do the same thing. Are they reliving their hey day, of course, but they are having a blast doing it and I would bet my last buck that half the people that post negative comments (not saying you) on here would give their left nut to be able to be in a position to do what they are doing.

...is documenting the entire fiasco for a DVD to be released sometime after Jani falls off the wagon again and the band sues him again for trying to book shows as Warrant.

people can say what they want but, WARRANT are one of the few bands that has sounded great every (4 times) time I've seen them... (plus the time I saw Jani solo). They sound great here and, I think it's great that they're back rocking.
