I read that a new Slipknot song titled, "Don't Get
Close" will be featured in an upcoming video game.
Aren't you guys gonna make that song available for
download at the Roadrunner website for all us fans?

Great question. There was talk of that, but we are not...at least not just yet. Actually, "Don't Get Close" is the ONLY song I have heard off the new album, and I thought it was great. However, the A&R guy says there are so many better songs, that "Don't Get Close" should not be the first taste of new Slipknot that fans get from our site.

(now watch, "Don't Get Close" WILL end up being the first song posted on our site...)

Anyway, that game comes out 3.2 if you really want to hear the song. But, there will be probably about three songs we put up leading up to the album via the Roadrunner and Slipknot websites (most will all take place on the Slipknot site)...and maybe even a song recorded that won't even be on the album.

I know that you guys are busy, but I had a suggestion about what think a
killer summer tour would be. Slipknot, Chimaira, Ill Niño,
DevilDriver and Killswitch Engage, 'nuff said!

ahhh, a Roadrunner Road Rage tour US, eh? Not a bad idea. Actually, there are talks of such a thing. Who knows, you might actually see a couple of these bands touring together this summer...

I just wanted to take a minute and just Thank You (everyone at roadrunner) for everything!! You have the best record company in the world... I love ALL the bands you represent (coal chamber and ill nino being my favorites), And you guys are just the greatest. Thank You for giving people like me, great bands with great music.

speak of the devil...actually, we are in the infancy stages of getting RR material up there. Last week, we got our first album up there - Nickelback's 'The Long Road' (was this the metal you were looking for?!). Just the start...we do have plans on now going through with getting more RR material up there (the metal you are looking for).
