I just wanted to send a huge Thank you to the Staff at RoadRunner. A few weeks back, I inquired if and how to obtain autographs from SlipKnot to give to my boyfriend for his birthday. He has got to be the biggest fan ever!

Even though I entered the contest and didn't win, checked on Ebay but couldn't guarantee authenticity, and don't have the time to fly to Europe and try and catch a concert while they tour there, you still were able to forward a Jaeger poster with all nine signatures to me. I received it yesterday, framed it, took it home and he about jumped through the roof. The letter that accompanied the poster was signed by Robert, could you please let him know that "Yes my boyfriend got a heart attack when he opened the poster!"

If there should ever be something you need in Missouri, I will gladly help in anyway I can! Except loan my house to a hardcore band to shoot a video, only to have it destroyed, silly people!

My name is Christopher Lesko and I just found out that Nightwish is once again going to be performing in NYC. I just wanted to thank you for promoting this great band, you're doing a good job. Speaking of the NYC gig on April 25th, I have a huge request for you guys. Is there any possibility for getting a backstage pass so I could see the band members after the gig? I've already sent a requst to B.B King's, but did not get a reply. Is there any possibility you might use your contacts and hook me up with a pass? If you still have trouble making the decision, picture a 17 year old boy on his knees, begging to see his beloved band... Their music is the only thing that keeps me alive so please, show mercy...

Sorry Christopher, despite what you heard, Michael Jackson does not work for Roadrunner, so your underage begging really doesn't help your cause.

As for this whole backstage scenario, we really cannot be giving out any passes to fans. Think about it...if we gave you one, we'd have to give one to every other Nightwish fan in NY, and then wouldn't that just defeat the purpose of a backstage area?

Hows it going. Fantastic site i have to say and keep up the good work. I usually go to ozzfest every year in East Troy, WI at Apline Valley. I was wondering how one would go about getting backstage passes for the '05 show, and maybe what something like that would run.

A good way somebody can guarantee getting a backstage pass for Ozzfest 05 is if you're in a band thats playing at Ozzfest. Contact Sharon Osbourne and explain your situation, I'm sure she'll understand.

Maybe it's possible to buy it directly through your company? If it is, i would like to know the price, the payment options and shipping cost and how fast it would be delivered?

Sorry, unfortunately, we do not sell our CDs directly to customers. Your best bet would be to buy an import or go to a major online store like Amazon.com and get it through there, and pay ridiculous shipping charges.
