A completely new signmeto is coming....!!!!

Dear signmeto user,

Firstly, Roadrunner offers our sincerest thanks for your persistence and dedication to our first foray into public, online A&R. When signmeto began as an idea at the start of 2009, we never imagined it would capture so much interest and attract so many bands. Once we got the first, "alpha" prototype off the ground things heated up pretty quickly, and before long we had over 5000 bands and 10,000 scouts....with absolutely no promotion....

Along the way, the site has had its difficulties. Slow load times, clunky navigation, upload difficulties....not to mention a catastrophic server meltdown (including the backups) that killed a bunch of profiles. Whatever the case, we have always believed in the product and have used such challenges to help us think about a newer, better version of signmeto.

And that is where we are now. We have commissioned a brand new version of signmeto, essentially rebuilding the site from the ground up. We have read the hundreds of surveys filled out by users like yourself, and have used those as the springboard for many scores of hours brainstorming a better, cooler, easier-to-use version of the site.

And let me promise you guys this. The new signmeto is going to be killer. It is a few more months away, but the programming (and designing) has commenced.

Oh, and don't worry - current members (scouts and artists) will all get imported into the new version, so you won't lose your stuff.

We are really excited about this and I am sure you will be to when we do the big reveal.
