The Long Road, indeed. No band does it more on the road, a place where Nickelback made their name a staple. Now, they are back with the aptly titled The Long Road, their follow-up to the 2001 Silver Side Up release. And this is a great rock record. Flat out, hands down.

No surprises here, ceptin' for how well crafted all 11 tracks on this album are (14 tracks, if you happen to buy one of the original pressings of this album). Don't call it a comeback, they have been here before.

You know what I really like about this album especially is that it is more METAL...and you do it SO WELL!!!, like the first song,...and Because of you,....and Faith is so hard to find...but again, the second song,...I won't do this anymore...is just such a release...especially when a relationship begins to go wrong,...I listen to this song, and say to myself,...I Won't do this anymore...tired of all the lies....Great Song...

And You know that song,...Faith is so hard to find....it actually got me thinking,...I can completely relate to that,...and even in just thinking about life today, and the belief in God...so actually, everytime I listened to this track, I would meditate,...and think deeply, about how our lives correlate to that single energy...we also call God,...and it is these thoughts that finally inspired and brought about my second book...

"God's Glory....."....which is currently still in the process of being published,...

cause If IN writing this book, I can make a difference to ONE LIFE IN DESPERATION,...THEN THATS GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME...

Because I have had friends attempt suicide, and commit suicide... and lose faith in life, I have seen tortured minds, and visualised deep despair,....and me too,...have experienced pain...why must some people be born to suffer?...

So baby, thankyou for this inspiration, and when This book is out, You will be the FIRST TO RECEIVE A FREE COMPLIMENTARY COPY...

I WILL TRY TO HAVE THE RELEASE DATE ON YOUR BIRTHDAY...NOVEMBER 4TH 1974....but, ofcourse,...this year....in November 2009.....

just like my first book was released in November 2006....I was thinking about your Birthday....and How special YOU ARE TO ME!!!

Grace, baby, you may want to do a quick fact-check here. Chad was born in Hanna, Alberta on November 15. At least according to the research I've done. But I'm certain he'd very much enjoy receiving a copy of your second book. I have yet to purchase this CD but am very much looking forward to adding it to my collection. This cd has a song on it that is a favorite and that is Because Of You and I love that song as a favorite of mine. I love playing that song in the car with the rest of the songs that are on there. I wish there was a video showing what they do in Chad's studio on how they record their songs. It'll be fun to watch.
