Where IS everyone??? We're losing at the moment, with only about five hours to go, and I can only vote so fast.

The fact that Slipknot is going up against Shinedown proves my point exactly.

I remember back in '99-'01 when SLIPKNOT was actually A Metal band, how the mighty have fallen. The fact is that I was a huge fan of 'SiC' and 'Iowa'. I still consider both of those albums 2 of the best metal has ever had to offer, ever. The last two albums I have found to be full of a gutless radio fan friendly distortion of what they used to be. Their is no BLACK left in their sound and its just flat and gimmicky, and yes that will sell records to the Hot Topic kids but I know I am not alone when I say Slipknot is becoming irrelevant in alot of true metal fans' eyes. Corey Taylor performed a rock version of Prince's 'uh oh lets go' at rockfest '09 in KC and let me be the one to tell you, I left that show feeling that Slipknot is nothing more than a joke. You radio listeners and hot topic mallcores can have Slipknot, I will take my IMMORTAL and Nile.
