This is the greatest news to be released to the public. I've known about the new album for months as I had the pleasure of meeting Chad, Mike, Ryan and Daniel in person and spending some quality time with them. It was hard to keep my hands to myself however I suffered thru. I do however have the picture of us hanging in my family room. Mike,Chad, me, Daniel, Ryan..It's am awesome shot too.Chad ROCKS!!!!Nickelback ROCKS!!! One of the best bands to come out of Canada in a long time. If you don't like NB, you're definately missing something. They are great and like all the other albums, this is sure to be a success.

About time that we get a new album. When will we see the new video for the song "If Today Was Your Last Day"?

At last, I can't wait for the new album! I was lucky enough to to see Nickelback play at the O2 in London on 19/9 and they rocked the place! Best show I've seen in a long time.

i agree with 666 maggot; they've kinda gone downhill from there, but SSU was definitely their high point in my opinion.

i like how they put "Both Roadrunner and Nickelback are looking forward to the start of a new album cycle and future success together" as a disclaimer to let people know that, no matter how much flak they get from disappointed fans about the paradox of a "metal" label signing a "commercially successful pop rock band", they sill still publish nickelback's music. and i'm fine with that.

OH MY GOD! CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE BRINGING OUT A NEW SINGLE CLOSE TO MY BIRTHDAY! ALSO HAVING A MAJOR OPERATION IN NOVEMBER SO WHAT A WONDERFUL SURPRISE I WILL HAVE IF THE DAY I AM ALLOWED HOME THE ALBUM WILL BE ON SALE. I LOVE EVERY SONG BUT ONE OF MY FAVOURITES IS "FOLLOW YOU HOME" AND ALL MY FRIENDS WISH I WOULD FOLLOW CHAD HOME AND STOP RABBITING ON ABOUT HIS BLUE EYES, HIS HAIR, THOSE JEANS AND YES, FINALLY, HIS VOICE. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH AND LOVE CHAD EVEN MORE! SEEING THEM ON TUESDAY IN SHEFFIELD (MY BIRTHDAY), UNFORTUNATELY I CAN NOT HAVE CHAD BUT THIS IS DO! I KNOW "IF THIS WAS MY LAST DAY" I HOPE I WOULD BE EITHER LISTENING TO NICKELBACK, WATCHING NICKELBACK ON DVD, OR WATCHING THEM EITHER LIVE OR ON TELEVISION. CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL TUESDAY BUT I KEEP WATCHING THEM ON SKY AND I AM TRYING TO COPE, BUT NOT SUCCEEDING VERY MUCH. You are a great artist and I am very proud of you all for your hard work and you inspiration and kind warm hearts. I love you all and hope you all have a great year coming the mangament and producer have been great with their support and all the work you all have done. The luckiest heir in the world to have you do such wonderful work for the fans and non profit organzation. Gee what more could a all american girl like me ask for. Make a wish foundation is beautiful to hope to see you all soon. Your all great keep going and if you dream it you can live it. Sometimes I may seem a littel pushy and ecpect to much but only I know you have it in all of you to become the best. Calm is the key to serenity!

I am so excited!!! I can not wait!!! I agree that they are the best band ever!!! And for the haters, first I can't believe that you'd even waste your precious time (or mine) writing your negative comments about Nickelback and secondly, if you don't like them change the station and put something on that you do like. Suck it up- Nickelback is on this label, has been on this label and has been VERY successful for Roadrunner Records!!! I wish them HUGE success that keeps them on the charts FOREVER!!!

and of course i can imagine that if today was your last day will have a great lyric, as all the great songs they've made.
and as marcelo said in a couple of comments before, we're very anxious for the new album, and we want to hear more about them.
we're from argentina, and we're waiting for them to come here, it would be great to have them playing here :)
i also want to remark what did the asshole that wrote one comment before said, look Brad, if you don't like nickelback, it's ok i understand that there can be people that just don't like the band and you're in your right, but please, why the hell don't you focus on your fuckin life instead of say stupid thing about nickelback like "I wish Roadrunner would stop signing crap like Nickelback"? honesty, i guess you are saying that and you're criticizing nickelback and all those other bands just because you don't know what they really are, and if they're something like singing crap why the hell don't you do what they are doing? all of them do what they're doing perfectly, and i bet you have no idea what you're saying. i mean, not everybody has to think like you do, and if you don't like them, it's ok, but please take you ass off of here and live your life, i don't want to offend you, but you're saying things that aren't ever near of truth. i'm sorry, but i know that more than one person would agree with me.
back into the notice, i can wait to hear their new single, and to know more about the new album.
