Greetings to you all.

This is the first of many entries I plan on writing for this journey that is Times of Grace. The culmination of 4 years of; pain, suffering, hope, strength, anxiousness, surrender, peace and growth come to a close as we approach the release date of January 18th 2011.This whole album was born out of a necessity to express ourselves and overcome tribulation. This record is a testament to personal & spiritual growth. I am honestly still moved when I listen to this record, I know it may sound strange to some being moved by ones own work. However that is the beauty of this record. Never in my life have I created a record and have been able to go back and experience as a listener. I feel like Adam & I are singing to ourselves, almost like the inner voice coming to life.  This record was completed about a year ago and since then has served as a sort of therapy for us and for the close family we allowed to hear it.  So now we stand here only about 2 months until I can share it all with you! Regardless of what you know or feel about our past bands and work, I hope all of you are able to hear this record with new ears.
This record is an honest record and was created without the thoughts of, success, touring, fame, money and expectations.  To me there is enough pressure and expectation put behind music and often times can affect the music & people involved. We were blessed to be separated for these elements while creating this record. So I am sure you can see what I am getting at here, this record means a great deal to Adam & myself. Regardless how well this record sells or how it is received we know we did what we had to do. All of that being said we decided this record is too important to just simply release to you all. We have begun the process of forming a live band and expect to see us in early 2011 on the road in support of “The Hymn of a Broken Man”. We also worked with a visual artist to create a DVD of imagery inspired by the record. This DVD will be available in the “special editions” of the record & if all goes well will be the back drop to our live show!

Thank you for taking the time to read this & expect more of these as time passes. Thanks to all of you who have supported us individually in the past. The time has come for us to unite and rise again!
