Machine Head has officially nailed down a mixer for their upcoming release, titled Supercharger. The knighted man for this project is none other than Machine Head alumni Colin Richardson...the same man behind the mixing board for Machine Head's first two LP's - Burn My Eyes and The More Things Change. Mixing is scheduled to commence on Thursday (06/14) at Cam-Am Studios in Tarzana, CA. interesting fact - currently recording at Tarzana Studios is none other than L.A. Lakers star center Shaquille O'Neal. As this is being written, he is laying down tracks for his upcoming Super Friends disc featuring Snoop Dog and Moses Malone...(alright, the Moses Malone part is a lie, but the rest is true). After seeing Shaq's performance at the line this past Tuesday night, it could be one's opinion that his time would be better spent practicing free throws for tonight's (06/08) championship game. this is the Production Gospel according to Dave. Phase II is upon us...you have been warned...resistance is futile...
