Unless you've been living in a cave, you know that we have been giving away a pair of tickets to each and every show on the Oracle Tour featuring Kittie plus our very own Dry Kill Logic and Ill Nino. fact - this is the first time we have ever given away concert tickets on our site. It's true. And with the exception of one incident on 10/30 in Chico, CA, all has been going great. Zack, if you are reading this...apologies. We did get to the bottom of it. Well, we have yet to give tickets for the last three shows on this tour. If you live in the Chicago, Grand Rapids, or Detroit area, try your luck at winning the goods in our FREE SHIT section. For some incentive, here are a couple words from our most recent winners: Rachel D, NYC show - Ahhh i ache so much. My neck... owww. The show was awesome though. Cliff Rigano from DKL was just hangin out with the crowd at the beginning of the show, and he signed my cd.... he thanked me for buying it. Quite the surprise there. Dry Kill Logic.... they kicked so much ass... Cliff and Dave broke at least 3 mics... that set was sooo great. They played "Rot" and "Pain" and all my fave songs on the album. I caught a guitar pick too :) It was so kewl just screaming along with Cliff, no wonder my throat still hurts. Next set was Ill NiƱo.... i can't even begin to say how kewl that was... they started off with "If You Still Hate Me" and ended their set with "eye for an eye." That band really pays attention to the crowd which is totally kewl. Cristian grabbed my hand 3 times, Jardel was throwing water at me and smiling, aye so great, Marc... kickboxed.... heh everyone went nuts when they started playing soulfly ("Eye For An Eye")... a dedication to Osama bin Laden... heh. It was an awesome set, they were better than they were at the Wetlands Preserve. When they were done all of em jumped into one area of the crowd... it was kinda funny. Those poor people, heh Jardel gave me his guitar pick.... it's a bit ... abused... because IT WAS THE ONE HE ACTUALLY USED!!! I realized that when i was staring at it this morning.... wow. I need to get cases for em or something so they don't get damaged... Dave and CLiff from DKL were outside when we left... Cliff hugged me, and thanked me for buying their cd again...I can't believe how incredibly nice they were. Anyways this is already a super long e-mail so i shall end it now. Thank you so much for the opportunity to see two of my favorite bands... Roadrunner is definitely the best record label out there. Angela C - hey its angela, i just got home from the show let me tell you it was fuckin awesome. except for breakin my elbow in the pit it was great. dry kill fuckin rocked i mean one of the best performances i've seen all damned year. kittie kicked ass even though falon wasnt there. they still rocked and i missed most of the beginning which means i missed ill nino but i hear they were great ..it had some of the wickidest pits ive ever seen i mean crazy shit and im definatly a pit chick ya know. oh well my camera got smashed in the pit so no pic sorry but thanxs a bunch for the tickets i owe ya all --bye Thank YOU both for writing in, coming to our site and having interest.
