At the Skylines bassist Tim Trad was recently interviewed by Indiestar.tv for their "Graf Wall" section. He talked about how the band came to Roadrunner Records, the process of recording their debut CD, and much more.

Trad offers advice to other up-and-coming bands, saying, "write music you love and are 100% passionate about, doing it for the wrong reason never breeds success." He also tells bands to play what he calls "smart shows," saying "trying to open up for the big name band isn't always good for your band."

The band recorded at Sweden's famed Studio Fredman with producer Fredrik Nordström; says Trad, "he has been in the music industry since we were all toddlers; he had some great insight on the day in day out band lifestyle."
