Our beloved Alaskans in 36 Crazyfists are back from England, where singer Brock Lindow and guitarist Steve Holt took time to mix their new album (no definitive release date yet, but expect early 2004-ish) with legendary engineer Andy Sneap (Machine Head, Killswitch Engage). How was their time in the UK with Sir Sneap? Brock describes the time spent across the pond by calling it, “a fuckin' riot, man.” Whilst in London, Brock and Steve bumped into another member of the Roadrunner fraternity — Robert Flynn of Machine Head was also in London, mixing the new MH album. The 36 CF mixes should be arriving here in NYC later this week. Meanwhile, since being sent loose in the UK, the full band is now back in Portland, singing in the rain and preparing for a couple of upcoming shows north of Cali.
