seriously wtf are some of you people listening to? i know its not All Hope Is Gone! you people swear this album isnt heavy or whatever....its a brutal album.waaay better than vol.3 and up there with the first 2 albums.go pop in your chemical romance albums or whatever and get outta here with that BS.

A friend of mine who's still a fan of these guys had me over and we happened to listen to this album...what a joke, total train wreck, just like Vol. 3 was. These idiots clearly can't write a song anymore.

I think I'll stick with the new Scar Symmetry, Soulfly, Into Eternity, Opeth, Meshuggah, and some other new albums this year if I want that something known as QUALITY in my metal. If this is the best Roadrunner can dish out anymore (with the rare exceptions on the label such as Machine Head, Opeth and Devildriver in mind), this label is clearly fucked. I think I'll be sticking with labels like Nuclear Blast, Metal Blade and Century Media for my metal anymore....what a disappointment. I thoght there just might be a few good tracks on this joke of an album when my friend turned it on, but no not even close....

That's the whole problem.... you listen to the first song on the album and you hear a bad ass drum solo... no surprise seems how joey is known for that... then the second song, i will agree, kicks fuckin' ass.... but then it pretty much all goes down hill from there for me... couple more songs i'll listen to but i can't stand that snuff crap... i hate slipknot songs like that... you can definately fit "snuff" in the same category as "through glass", teenie boppin bullcrap.... maybe someday i'll be able to listen to a full slipknot cd again... doubt it though... i'll just stick to the first 2.

Really good album, I'm impressed. Joey blew me away on Vendetta, he's so fuckin sick.

sick album. Gehenna gets experimental but the rest is sweet. dvd documentary is typical clown also.

this album is just genius. musically it is amazing and lyrically it is just tremendous. yet another monster album from a monster band

this is one of the better albums of the year. its got the heavyness of iowa and the melodies of vol.3
and to the people who say it sounds like ss. no shit. corey is in both bands so of course its gonna sound similar.
snuff, dead memories, vendetta and this cold black are freaking tops.

and i was looking forward to the new atr album too until i heard it.

The new album is fuckin' sic. Very brutal I even like the medolies too, they don't sound generic. Slipknot always keeps things fresh. "Gematria (The Killing Name)" abd "Vendetta" are my favs

Did clown not say this was going to be the heavest album they have ever put out. WOW clowns do make me laugh. lol im out 13 bucks next time going to torrents
