what about dave mustaine? he´s the man! i think manson shouldn´t be that high and of course the roadrunner artists james labrie and akerfeldt from opeth
Dave Mustaine is far above Brue Dickenson so if no one is on from Roadrunners label the name of the 50 best front men is mis- leading and wrong.

I think Maynard should be higher, despite him not being a real frontman. And Till lindeman shuold be higher too, because Rammstein make good shows too. I don't mind Kerry King dropping a bit, sonce yuo normally don't see those guys when they are on stage because of all the smoke or the pits
I don't know man, we put Maynard that low because he's got stage fright.. he mostly hides behind giant screens and shit... they have a great show and I love the dude's music, but frontman?

Corey Taylor, Dani, Matt... these guys are all Roadrunner, they aren't on the list because we didn't want to be bias in writing it!

dimbag also wasnt the fron tman he was the guitarist but i will say he held the band and should have been considered the front man

Frontman doesn't necessarily mean singer. That's why artists such as Angus Young made the list. It comes down the most popular or most vocal person in the band.
I agree that artists such as Corey Taylor, Dani Filth, and Dimebag (RIP) should have made the list.

Dimebag was an amazing guitarist but he wasn't the 'frontman' - I think Pantera always was a Dimebag/Anselmo frontman combo... My opinion anyway.

I agree with nicholassimon, but it WOULD have been nice to see him up there. And Ty W- No, they shouldn't have made the list. If you read the ENTIRE ARTICLE it says RoadRunner left out all RR and RR related bands. That was one of their main points- To give cheers to bands they dont do business with directly and show they are for the music, not JUST for helping their artists. Maybe not exactly that, but that's what I got from it, and that's why I have such interest in this post.

I'm not even THAT big of a Maiden fan, but Bruce Dickinson has way more energy and showmanship than Robert Plant. I fucking love Serj Tankian and SOAD, but he shouldn't be that high.
No way in hell Bruce Dickinson has more energy and showmanship than Robert Plant!!! I'm a Maiden Fan and a Zeppelin fan, but Robert Plant is the best front man, ever.
