Loudwire has launched what it's calling the "Extreme Metal Olympics," which pits 32 of metal's most ferocious bands against each other in four groups of eight. 


Group 1 includes no Roadrunner bands, but we recommend voting for Lamb of God, for obvious moral-support reasons.


Group 2 includes Sepultura, who may not be on Roadrunner anymore, but still deserve your support.


Group 3 includes Gojira, who just put out one of the best metal albums of the year.


Group 4 includes Opeth, who are fucking awesome.
