This just in today - Nickelback's song "How You Remind Me" has reached new heights once again. In the Billboard Hot 100 last week the track went over the 120 Million mark in audience, becoming the first Rock track in the history of the Billboard Hot 100 to surpass the 120 million listener barrier. Take a second to comprehend what you just read...the previous rock track to hold the record was from Santana with the song "Smooth", which peaked at 116 million in December of 1999. Also, receiving 8774 spins last week has officially broken the all time one week spin total which was previously set by...are you ready for this...the divas doing "Moulin Rouge" (Christina Aguilera, Pink, Lil Kim and Mya) last year. Tides they are a turning...respect the rock... In other Nickelback news, their latest video, for the song "Too Bad", is very close to completion. So close that the art dept here finally gave the rest of us a look at it on Friday. One person here had to tell the following: "We rolled into work this morning to a little treat. The final rough cut of the next Nickelback video. The track is 'Too Bad' (a personal favorite) and the video is amazing. It's very story oriented, complete with footage of the boys bringing the rock. We won't give too much away, but you'll be seeing it a lot come the new year and I'm sure you'll be down. Oh, since we know you want to know - the girl from the 'How You Remind Me' video doesn't make a second appearance. We're sad too." on one last side note, much like you do whilst watching the Home Alone movies, this video just might make even the baddest ass of y'all's true.
