First off, if you are quick enough a cat, you'd have noticed the addition of the Ill Nino Revolution...Revolucion digipak release atop our NEW RELEASES section. Did you notice? If not, here is what you have to look forward to: Coming October 22nd, Ill Nino Revolution...Revolucion digi release. New artwork (check out cover) which focuses much on Ill Nino live (we'll get to that a bit later). This release will also hold 5 tracks not on the original release last year - a live cover of Soulfly's "Eye For An Eye," a live version of "God Save Us," Spanish versions of "What Comes Around" and "Unreal" (remember us talking about those way back?), and a b-side from the 'Revolution' recordings titled "Fallen." And last, the videos for "What Comes Around" and "Unreal" will be included. And now, as for our previous Ill Nino update, we questioned, "How long has Ill Nino been on the road for?" The answer, we replied, "A long, long time..." Well, during a conversation with earlier this afternoon with Ill Nino bassist Laz, we uncover a bit more detail...Laz relays that they have been on 11 different tours (9 U.S., 2 European) thus far in support of Revolution...Revolucion, with the first starting back in April 2001 in support of Soulfly. They have played in 20 different countries, and will be leaving early October for their 3rd European tour. To the band, enjoy the next couple weeks at home...the Revolution is about to start, again.
