On Wednesday September 1st, three-time Grammy nominees Stone Sour will premiere their forthcoming album Audio Secrecy in an online world exclusive over at NME.com.

The album, which was recorded earlier this year with producer Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Alice In Chains, Rush), is “Everything I've ever wanted to do on one album,” says main-man Corey Taylor. “It's heavy, it's melodic, it’s dark, it’s slow, it’s light and it’s beautiful. You’ll hear something different with each listen and most importantly, it's REAL. We're throwing caution out the damn window.”

After the release of teaser track / MP3 download "Mission Statement" and single / video track "Say You’ll Haunt Me," anticipation for the album has been steadily growing.  At 11am EST on September 1st, NME.com will stream the album, in its entirety, on their homepage.  This will be the first chance fans will have to hear the album in full before its September 7th release.

In other exciting Stone Sour news, the band will play a special intimate show / record release party at The Studio at Webster Hall in New York City this coming Monday (August 30th). While it's a FREE event for fans in the NYC area, this special performance will be available for the entire world to see via a live stream, which will be hosted on www.stonesour.com and right here on this site.  The show will air at 8pm New York time.

Audio Secrecy is set for release on September 7th and will be available as a standard CD, CD/DVD special edition and also on limited edition vinyl.  Pre-order them all now, and go right here for more information on what these special offers entail.
