The man behind The Production Gospel According To Dave has been working double time, getting goods ready for upcoming dvd releases from Nickelback and Slipknot. However, outside of those two endeavors, here are a couple lines on what is going on with some Roadrunner bands in the recording process: 36 Crazyfists - we are proud to announce once again, the album is complete. We are simply awaiting its 03.26 release. In the meantime, have you noticed? The band has a new website. Give it a visit - www.36Crazyfists.com. Special thanks go out to Mike Miller for this piece, whom after hearing their track "Turns To Ashes", demanded the band needed a tighter website. Mike, thanks once again for your efforts. For the rest of you, more to come... Dislocated Styles - been a while since we mentioned these cats here on the site, yes? Well, they are currently at home in Arizona writing and recording demos for what will be their sophomore release. Word is that A&R here should have some new songs in their hands before Dislo head to Japan later this month for a couple shows in Tokyo. Dry Kill Logic - we mentioned yesterday that the band will be hitting a studio in upstate New York on Wednesday (02/06) to do rough recordings of nine new tracks. Well, we now have a few song titles of these new tracks for you - "This You Never Want", "Still Bleeding", "Death Of The Day", and "Neither Here Nor Mist". Hey, and did you check out the www.espguitars.com homepage yet? Do it now... Fear Factory - The Production Gospel According To Dave tells that they are "getting ready to go in"...into the studio that is, to record their follow up to Digimortal. Though no dates have been set, recording is looking to commence this Spring, if not sooner. Ill Nino - the future of Ill Nino b-sides is here, and it takes the form of live tracks. Scrap 60 Productions is currently mixing 2 live tracks, as recorded at Brixton in the UK during their most recent Euro tour. The tracks are "God Save Us" and "What Comes Around". Soulfly - before heading out on tour with Static X late last week, the mixing of the third Soulfly release was taking place. Expect this to resume when Max returns home from the road. And speaking of their release, check out our current POLL. Your thoughts? This is The Production Gospel According to Dave...Phase II is upon us...you have been warned...resistance is futile...
