band. So I wondered who or what is Amaranth? So I googled the title. Expecting a character from
Norse or Celtic lore,I found.... It's a plant that the Aztechs used as a green leafy veggie and cereal grain.So whats' the conection? Hmmm..

This is Nightwish and I WISH that Tarja was still with the band but I wish her the ABSOLUTE best in her life. ONCE is STILL my favorite Nightwish release.

The female vocals for metal-tinged band has been done and worked, when she has had an eerie edge to it. Here is a first of it working, with a pure pop/rock female vocals, happening! At the beginning of the song, I was thinking I wasn't going to like this, just as she grabbed me and pulled me into the song! So cool!

Imagine...Close your eyes and listen. Enya, Jethro Tull, and Metallica all rolled into one. Great music.
